Video: How we test SP boom performance

Engineer Josh Giumelli explains some of the test kit we use on SP boomsprays.

Kondinin Group enginering manager Josh Giumelli explains the equipment we use to test the boom performance of self-propelled (SP) boomsprays over our repeatable test track.

The ultrasonic sensors are mounted on the boom at the centre, tip and mid-wing.

Data is then analysed and filtered to create the boom performance graphs for each SP boomspray in our Research Report.

The latest SP boom testing report features the latest releases with test results from  Rogator RG1300 C series, John Deere R4045 with carbon fibre boom, Miller Nitro 7310, Apache AS1220, and the massive Hardi Rubicon 9000.

The latst Research Report on SP boomsprays will be available online soon.
