Action needed to protect paddocks from wind erosion

THE DEPARTMENT of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) has urged landholders in the Western Australian grainbelt to manage paddocks to reduce the risk of soil erosion, after strong winds lashed the region in the past few weeks.
