Young farmer boost

In a bid to make Victoria the place for young people to live, work and buy a farm, the Victorian State Government has boosted funding to its young farmer finance scheme by 50 per cent.<br/> The scheme, administered by Rural Finance, provides farmers with concessional loans at an interest rate of up to two per cent below the nominal rate for an initial period of five years.
