PROFARMER: Wheat markets- think about quality and quantity

TWO themes which were played out in wheat markets in September were a continuation of the underwhelming price environment for sellers, and potential for premiums to higher protein grades to be supported at above average levels this harvest.Even when the USDA released its monthly supply and demand estimates in September, in which an increase in demand for wheat outstripped an increase in supply, offshore values failed to positively respond in any meaningful way.
